상담가가 보고하는 강력범죄피해 후유증의 경과와 효과적인 상담전략

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 강력범죄피해 후유증의 경과 및 효과적인 상담전략 탐색을 목적으로 범죄피해자상담가 14명을 포커스그룹인터뷰 하였다. 그 결과 후유증의 전반적인 심각도 및 경과에 결정적인영향력을 행사하는 변인은 상해여부와 피해 빈도였으며, 인구통계학적 변인은 독립적인 영향은 미미하나 다른 변인과 상호작용하여 경과에 영향을 미쳤다. 사건변인 중 피해자와 가해자의 관계, 피해빈도, 형사사법절차 상 스트레스, 및 2차 피해가 후유증의 경과에 영향을 미쳤다. 개인내적 변인 중자아탄력성과 용기를 포함한 낙관성 하위변인은 긍정적 예후와, 부적응적인 성격특성과 발달 외상은부정적 예후와 관련되었다. 환경변인 중에서는 지각된 사회적 지지의 양과 주거 환경 및 직업환경의변화가 경과에 영향을 미쳤다. 핵심적인 범죄피해자 상담전략은 치료동맹, 심리교육, 및 안정화 훈련이었고 가장 효과적인 상담기법은 EMDR-Flash이었다. 연구의 함의와 제한점 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, focus group interviews were conducted with 14 crime victim counselors for thepurpose of exploring the course of the aftereffects of violent crime and effective counselingstrategies. As a result, the severity of the aftereffects and the progression were determined bywhether or not the injury occurred and the frequency of the victim. The demographic variablesinteracted with other variables to affect recovery. The relationship between victim andperpetrator, the frequency of crime, and the secondary victimization, and stress in the criminaljustice process affected the progression of symptoms. Optimism including ego resilience andcourage were associated with positive prognosis, whereas maladaptive personality traits anddevelopmental trauma were associated with negative prognosis. The amount of perceived socialsupport and changes in the living environment and occupational environment affected theprogression of symptoms. The core counseling strategies were therapeutic alliance,psychoeducation, and stabilization training. The most effective counseling technique wasEMDR-Flash. The implications and limitations of study and future research directions werediscussed.
