간호대학생의 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 공감능력, 자기표현성, 대인관계 유능성 정도를 파악하고 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 충북과 경북에 위치한 2곳의 대학교 간호학과 2, 3, 4학년 120명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 2022년 3월 28일부터 4월 10일까지 자료수집을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Hierarchical regression analysis로 분석하였다. 결과 공감능력은 자기표현성(r=.255, p<.001), 대인관계 유능성(r=.292, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 자기표현성도 대인관계 유능성(r=.123, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 대인관계 유능성에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도 중 만족(β=.79, p=.003)과 보통(β=.87, p=.002), 공감능력(β=.27, p=.003), 자기표현성(β=.16, p=.040)이 유의하게 나타났으며, 설명력은 22.5%이었다(F=6.75, p<.001). 결론 간호대학생의 대인관계 유능성 향상을 위해 전공만족도를 높이고 공감능력, 자기표현성을 강화시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 효과를 확인하는 연구를 제언한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to empathy ability, assertiveness, and interpersonal competency in nursing students and to identify factors affecting interpersonal competency. Methods Data were collected using structured questionnaires from 120 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade nursing students from two universities located in Chungbuk and Gyeongbuk were collected using. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression analysis were used using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 statistical program. Results Empathy ability had a statistically significant positive correlation with assertiveness (r=.255, p<.001) and interpersonal competence (r=.292, p<.001). Assertiveness also had a statistically significant positive correlation with interpersonal competence (r=.123, p<.001). As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, the factors significantly influencing the interpersonal competence were Satisfied (β=.79, p=.003) and neutral (β=.87, p=.002) among major satisfaction, empathy ability (β=.27, p=.003) and assertiveness (β=.16, p=.040), with a total explanatory power of 22.5% was(F=6.75, p<.001). Conclusions In order to improve interpersonal competency of nursing students, this study proposes a study to confirm the effect of developing and applying an educational program that can increase major satisfaction, empathy ability and assertiveness.
