잠재성장모형을 활용한 여성 지체장애인의 삶의 만족도에 대한 종단 분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 여성 지체장애인의 삶의 만족도에 대한 종단적 변화를 조사하고, 이러한 변화에 대한 자아존중감, 스트레스 및 주관적 경제 인식의 영향을 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: 장애인 고용 패널 조사(PSED)의 2차 웨이브 3차(2018년)부터 6차 (2021년)까지의 자료를 활용하여 482명의 데이터를 분석하였다. 확인적 요인 분석을 통해 잠재 변수의 적절성을 검증하고, 구조방정식 모델을 활용하여 연구 변인간의 관계를 조사하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 여성지체장애인의 삶의 만족감 초기값 평균과 변화량이 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나 여성지체장애인의 삶의 만족감이 해마다 일정 평균 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 여성지체장애인의 자아존중감과 스트레스는 삶의 만족도 초기 수준에 영향을 미치는데, 자아존중감은 정적인 영향을 미치고, 스트레스는 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 여성지체장애인의 자아존중감과 장애 정도는 삶의 만족도 변화율에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이 연구 결과는 여성지체장애인의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위해서는 연령을 고려한 체계적 지원이 필요하다는것을 시사하고, 여성지체장애인의 삶의 만족감과 자아존중감, 스트레스, 장애정도, 주관적 경제인식 등의 관계에유용한 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the longitudinal changes in life satisfaction among women with physical disabilities and investigate the effects of self-esteem, stress, and subjective economic perception on these changes. Method: Data from the second wave (2018) to the sixth wave (2021) of the Panel Study on Employment for the Disabled (PSED) were analyzed, with a sample size of 482 individuals. We conducted a confirmatory factor analysis to verify the appropriateness of latent variables and verified the measurement model using structural equation modeling to investigate the relationships among the research variables. Results: It was found that the initial average and rate of change in the life satisfaction of women with physical disabilities both showed statistically significant decreases each year, indicating a consistent decline. Second, self-esteem and stress in women with physical disabilities affected their initial level of life satisfaction, with self-esteem having a positive influence and stress having a negative influence. Additionally, self-esteem and disability severity had a negative influence on the rate of change in life satisfaction. Conclusion: These findings suggest that systematic support considering age is necessary to improve the life satisfaction of women with physical disabilities and provide useful insight on the relationships between life satisfaction, self-esteem, stress, disability severity, and subjective economic perception.
