In the process of the development of human culture, the interactive contradictions like tradition and modernization accord with the development of social culture. The said two aspects are also covered in educational culture while the tradition and modernization of it are contradictable and complementary one another. No matter how different they are as for the situation and development of a country, what reflected in our mind are to inherit and convey traditional culture as far as history and actuality are concerned. The heritage of traditional culture of a country includes wide-range different forms such as human thought, stereotype, values, esthetics etc. All the countries from the world currently start to benefit from foreign cultures by all different menas of cultural exchanges whereas maintaining and developing their own connatural culture hardly. As a result, the reality of cultural amalgamation, shocks even variation has been happening. However, the culture of foreign languages teaching which deeply rooted in the system of educational culture, has been assimilated and dissimilated between various cultures. The conclusion is that simplex foreign languages teaching doesnt exist at all without culture.
