예비미술교사 수업 역량 강화를 위한개념 기반 수업 설계 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비미술교사 수업 역량 강화를 위해 개념 기반 수업 설계 및 실행 사례를 살펴보고 예비미술교사 교육에의 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 우선, 선행연구 분석을 통해 예비교사 수업 역량의 개념을 정의하고, 개념 기반 수업 설계의 의미와 특징을 살펴보고, M사범대학 미술교육과 3학년 35명 학생을 대상으로 개념 기반 수업 수업을 설계 및 실행하였다. 그 결과, 예비미술교사 수업 역량 강화를 위해 1) 개념 기반 수업 설계를 통한 수업 내용의 구조화, 2) 치밀한 수업 계획을 통한 과제 분석 강조, 3) 평가 준거 개발 및 활용, 4) 계획과 실행의 간극을 줄이기 위한 실제적 실행 경험이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study examines the concept-based class design and practice cases to strengthen pre-service secondary art teachers' teaching competency and draws implications for pre-service art teacher education. To this end, pre-service teacher teaching competencies were defined, and concept- based teaching was designed and implemented for 35 students in the department of art education at M university. As a result, in order to strengthen teaching competency of pre-service art teachers, 1) structure the contents of the class through the structure of knowledge and process, 2) emphasize task analysis through detailed class planning, 3) develop and utilize evaluation criteria, 4) plan and execute Practical implementation experience to bridge the gap is required.
