Confucianism， Buddhism and Taoism is an important part of Chinese traditional culture， blending and conflict among them constitute the general picture of cultural development in recent years， while the melting process between Buddhism and Taoism reflects one aspect of this situation. The Tang Dynasty was a period of full development and prosperity of Taoism， and it was also one of the important periods of the integration and conflict among the three religions. In this paper， through the analysis of the Tang Dynasty Taoist scriptures “Tai Shang Yi Cheng Hai Kong Zhi Zang Jing” related to the “Empty View”， “Tao” thought， discusses the Scriptures to absorb a large number of Buddhist philosophy connotation， in order to construct the system of thought， that it‘s content and form were influenced by Buddhism.
