국문 초록

현재 사회는 급속도로 진행된 산업화와 도시화의 영향으로 1인 가구가 계속해서 급증하고 있다. 1인 가구의 증가와 함께 소형 주택을 선호하는 사람들 또한 증가 하였다. 이에 따라 소형 주거 공간에 맞는 효율적인 공간 구조와 차별화된 장치가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 1인 가구의 사회 현상과 현황에 관한 이론적 고찰 후수납가구의 종류 및 현황에 대해 알아본다. 이후 일정한조건의 주거 공간에서 면적 구성비율과 공간 활용 요소를 중심으로 수납가구의 적용현황을 조사하여 1인 가구수요에 충족하는 수납가구의 핵심 특성을 도출한다. 조사와 분석을 통해 드러난 공간 활용 요소는 다기능과 겹침, 변형 등이 있었고 이러한 요소들이 많을수록 가구의기능성과 실용성이 향상되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를통해 1인 가구를 대상으로 한 수납가구의 트렌드를 파악하고, 변화하는 1인 가구의 라이프스타일에 맞는 디자인발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Currently, society is rapidly increasing due to the effects of industrialization and urbanization. As a result, the number of single person households living alone is continuously increasing. Along with the increase of single person households, people who prefer small houses have also increased. Accordingly, there is a demand for an efficient space structure and a different apparatus suitable for a small residential space. In this study, we first look at the social phenomena and status of single person households and then look at the types and status of storage households. After I have studied all of these, focuses on the ratio of area the application status of storage households with regard to the area composition ratio. And the spatial utilization factor were investigated to derive key characteristics of storage households meeting the demand of one person's households. The spatial utilization factors that were revealed through research and analysis included multi functional overlaps and variations, and the more these factors suggest that the more functional and practical the household. Therefore, in this paper, we try to understand the trend of storage furniture for single person households, and propose a direction of design development that fits the lifestyle of a single person.
