With the increase in the number of households bringing up companion animal, these animal are recognized as a family member. In addition, the companion animal tour market is expanded, and the number of accommodations for companion animal is on the rise. The facilities, goods, and services for companion animal are important factors in determining accommodations. The physical environment is the means to recognize and assess such a service, working as important to both accommodations and customers. It is a method of increasing customer satisfaction and attracting loyal customers. Unfortunately, there is a lack of research on the physical servicescape of accomodations for companion animal. Therefore, based on previous studies, this research tried to define the physical servicescape of accommodations for companion animal, and to find how the physical servicescape of accommodations for companion animal affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research results are as follows: first, the physical servicescape of accommodations for companion animal significantly influenced customer satisfaction; second, customer satisfaction significantly affected loyalty; third, the physical servicescape of accommodations for companion animal significantly influenced loyalty. This research contributed to widening a range of research on accommodations for companion animal by examining its hypotheses, and made practical suggestions for the efficient operation of accomodations for companion animal.
