The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of hotel employees' job crafting and innovative behavior on the organizational agility of hotel companies and present useful implications for hotel managers facing unpredictable and continuous environmental changes. An online survey was conducted on 5-star hotel employees in Seoul, and a total of 214 copies were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the job crafting and innovative behavior of hotel employees had a significant positive (+) effect on the organizational agility of hotel companies, which means that human resource management factors affect the organizational agility of hotel companies. Therefore, hotel managers have to strengthen organizational agility by promoting job crafting and innovative behavior of employees. To this end, it is necessary to create an organizational culture such as communication between members and interdepartmental communication as well as information provision, information sharing, education and training on new knowledge and technologies and trends.
