국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 ERP시스템과 SCM시스템을 구축한 기업을 대상으로 비교연구를 통해 성공적인 정보시스템 실행에 대한 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ERP시스템과 SCM 시스템을 구축한 기업을 대상으로 실증적 연구를 실시하였고 두 시스템의 비교 분석을 통해 의미있는 결론을 도출하였다. ERP 요인의 경우 조직적 요인과 정보적 요인 보다는 변화관리와 정보시스템 요인 측면에서 더욱 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났고, SCM의 경우 조직, 정보, 협업 측면의 요인에서 성과가 도출되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 실무적이고 학문적 측면의 시사점을 논하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of successful implementation of information system through comparative study of ERP and SCM system. For this purpose, empirical analysis is conducted on companies that have implemented ERP system and SCM system, and a meaningful conclusion was drawn through comparative analysis of two systems. ERP factors are more meaningful in terms of change management and information system factors than organizational and informational factors. SCM is found to be more effective in terms of organization, information, and collaboration. Based on the results of this study, practical and academic implications are discussed.
