국문 초록

绿色管理是新的管理理念,绿色战略是企业可持续发展之道。本文以绿色管理战略为出发点, 分析了企业绿色流程再造的内涵，研究了绿色流程再造对企业发展的意义, 并提出企业实施绿色流程再造的步骤和措施保障。

영문 초록

Green management is a new management concept, and the green strategy is the sustainable development strategy for enterprises. Based on the green management strategy, this paper analyzed the connotative meanings of green business process reengineering and discussed the meaning of green process reengineering for the companies, then the paper brought forward the processes and the safeguard measures for enterprises to implement the green process reengineering.
