국문 초록

企业要做大做强、可持续发展，必须关心社会，履行应尽的社会责任，社会责任缺失将给企业带来严重损失。本文分析了企业社会责任缺失风险的内涵，探讨了企业社会责任缺失的根源，最后提出了企业社会责任缺失风险的防范措施，旨在帮助企业对社会责任缺失风险进行有效防范和控制。

영문 초록

To become larger and stronger and achieve sustainable development, enterprises must be concerned about the society and fulfill social responsibility. Lack of social responsibility will lead to serious loss of business. The paper analyzes the definition of the risk of deficiency of corporate social responsibility. Then the paper probes into the root causes of deficiency of corporate social responsibility. In the end some precautionary measues are designed to help enterprises prevent and control the risk of deficiency of corporate social responsibility
