영문 초록

The role of company in the society is discussed variously. But there is no explanation enough why the companies can continue. The company as the leading figure of the commodity exchange is targeted for itself speculation, and only the economic side is emphasized. However before the modern times, the reciprocity and the redistribution between people having long-term cooperation were the mainstream of social exchange. The limit of commodity exchange as the social function becomes relief against the complete response of redistribution at the disaster and the gratuitous donation. The factor that the long-established house overcame various risks so far will be found here. This article clarifies the ground of shinise’s existence by revaluation of the system cultivated in the East Asia.
