영문 초록

Coworking spaces are likely in the future, a number of features and network focal point of the city as a work space combined, can be extended. Currently Coworking spaces are spread in various forms at home and abroad, separates them into certain categories, and wanted to make a difference in the type of room configuration. As a country with similar cases were typed by examining a plan view of Tokyo, Japan Coworking space and analyzed the differences. Space type was confirmed that the type incubating, coordinating, were classified as type networking in a flat configuration according to each type of operation object is different. Implications in the future business situation coworking space in the city to spread and to differentiate into functional to predict, mainly common shares and user-to-network of business space each type of room configurations
