회계 정보 활용을 위한 SOA 추진 전략

국문 초록

EA(Enterprise Architecture)는 기업의 전략과 비즈니스 그리고 정보기술을 연계하고 통합하고자 하는 노력이며, SOA는 복잡하고 전문적인 기술 프로세스를 표현하지 않고, 각 기업 업무에서 필요로 하는 능력들을 서비스로 정의함으로써 기술과 업무의 분리를 촉진하여 궁극적으로 기업 업무 효율성을 증진시키기 위한 것이다. 비록 SOA가 기존의 기술들이 이루지 못했던 많은 약속을 지킬 수 있는 새로운 방법으로 여겨지기는 하지만, SOA 또한 제대로 관리되지 못하게 된다면 그 역할과 역량이 제대로 평가 받을 수 없다. 이러한 관점에서 이 논문은 SOA의 목적인 효율성 증진을 달성할 수 있는 전략적 관리체계가 EA의 경험에서 제공될 수 있도록, 점진적 고속 개발 접근방법을 중심으로 하는 SOA 추진 전략을 제시한다. 특히 회계 정보의 활용을 고려하여 EA의 전략적 부분과 SOA의 전술적 부분의 적절한 연계가 조직 효율성 증진과 효과성 배양 모두를 달성할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있는지를 살펴본다.

영문 초록

EA (Enterprise Architecture) is an effort to align and integrate the business strategies, businesses processes, and information technologies. Where EA emphasizes integration of business and technologies, SOA highlights separation of business and technologies. SOA’s ultimate objective is to enhance business efficiency by promoting the separation of businesses and technologies, while allowing omission of complex and detailed technological processes. This separation makes each competence needed for respective businesses to be explicitly defined as a service. Although SOA seems to be a good way for various promises while the legacy technologies cannot not realize, the role and competence of SOA cannot be implemented properly without appropriate management. We propose a driving strategy of SOA that is centered on the evolutionary rapid development approach. This strategy will align with an organizational strategic management system that will achieve SOA’s objectives from the experiences of EA. Considering accounting information we can evaluate the reliability of SOA for performance appraisal. The strategy of the alignment between the strategic aspect of EA and the tactical side of SOA will support the enhancement of the organizational efficiency and effectiveness in the same time.
