국문 초록

본 연구는 피부미용 관리사의 소통유형이 회복탄력성, 직무만족, 이직의도에미치는 영향을 연구하고자 220명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 소통유형에 따른 회복탄력성, 직무만족, 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 상향적·수평적·비공식적소통유형은 회복탄력성과 직무만족을 증가시키고, 이직의도는 감소시킨다는 결과가 나타났다. 학력이 대학원 이상일 경우 상향적소통, 회복탄력성이 높았으며, 담당업무에서는 직원관리를 할 경우 하향적소통, 회복탄력성이 높았다. 직무실태에따른 비교분석에서 피부미용을 선택한 이유가 뷰티션의 꿈일 경우 상향적·수평적·비공식적 소통유형, 직무만족이 높았고, 이직경험이 없을 경우 상향적·수평적· 비공식적 소통유형은 회복탄력성과 직무만족을 증가시키고, 이직의도는 감소시킨다는 결과를 얻었다. 피부미용 관리사에게 적합한 공식적·비공식적 소통 교육프로그램을 통해 자유롭게 관리사의 의사소통이 이루어져서 회복탄력성과 직무만족 향상으로 미용업장에서 상호 간의 열린 분위기 조성 및 이직의도가 감소하길기대해 본다.

영문 초록

This study surveyed 220 people to study the effect of communication types of skin beauty managers on resilience, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. In the effect of communication type on resilience, job satisfaction, and turnover intention, the upward, horizontal, and informal communication type increased resilience and job satisfaction, and decreased turnover intention. If the educational background was above graduate school, upward communication and resilience were high, and when managing employees in charge, downward communication and recovery elasticity were high. In the comparative analysis according to job conditions, the reason for choosing skin beauty was that upward, horizontal, and informal communication types and job satisfaction were high when beauty was a dream, and upward, horizontal, and informal communication types increased recovery elasticity and job satisfaction and decreased job turnover intention. It is hoped that managers will communicate freely through formal and informal communication education programs suitable for skin care managers, creating an open atmosphere between beauty salons by improving resilience and job satisfaction.
