영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify to suggest implications on seeking ways for better quality of University students' lives on leisure participation. The study was collected at colleges in Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and Jeollanam-do targeting college students from September 1 to September 30, 2013. The questionnaire was addressed to the respondents who are attending colleges. A total of 308 valid responses out of 350 samples were analyzed. To carry out this study, the SPSS WIN 21.0 package program was used. T-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis were employed to test the hypotheses. The major findings were as follows, the relationship between leisure constraints and boredom in leisure revealed attention and leisure constraints had an negative affect on psychological satisfaction. Therefore policy makers and college authorities need to find diversity of plans for that college students enjoy college lives on leisure participation with getting rid of leisure constraints and they continue to live healthy and happy lives even after graduation.
