중학생의 프라이버시 리터러시 향상을 위한 최신 개인정보 유출 사례 기반의 정보보호 교육 자료 개발

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 2015 개정 교육과정 중등 정보과목의 인정 교과서 17종을 대상으로 프라이버시 리터러시 측면에서 분석하고, 분석한 결과를 토대로 최신 사례를 기반으로 하는 2차시의 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 방법 정보 교과서 17종을 대상으로 프라이버시 리터러시 측면에서 분석하고, 보완할 부분과 개인정보 유출 사례를 연결지어 개인정보보호 교육 프로그램을 개발한다. 결과 개발한 교육 프로그램의 타당성을 검증하기 위해서, 15인의 정보 교사를 대상으로 2차례의 델파이 검사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 최신 사례를 접목한 개인정보보호 교육의 필요성, 2차시 수업 분량의 적절성, 각 수업 차시 구성의 적절성에 대하여 모두 CVR 최소값 0.49 이상으로 측정되어 개발한 교육 프로그램이 타당함을 확인하였다. 결론 프라이버시 리터러시 측면에서 중등 정보과목의 인정 교과서를 분석한 뒤 보완할 부분을 확인하였으며, 개인정보 유출 최신 사례를 연결지어 수업을 설계하였다. 본 연구는 최근 개인정보 유출 사례와 결합한 개인정보보호 교육의 기초 연구로 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, 17 types of government-approved textbooks for the 2015 revised curriculum middle school informatics subjects were analyzed from the perspective of privacy literacy, and based on the results of the analysis, educational programs for two classes based on the latest cases were developed. Methods 17 types of government-approved textbooks for the 2015 revised curriculum middle school informatics subjects were analysed from the perspective of privacy literacy, and a personal information protection education program is developed by linking the parts to be supplemented and the cases of personal information leakage. Results In order to verify the validity of the developed education program, two Delphi tests were conducted on 15 informatics teachers. As a result, the necessity of personal information protection education, the appropriateness of the second class, and the appropriateness of each class' composition were all measured at a minimum of 0.49 CVR. Conclusions As a result of analyzing government-approved textbooks from the perspective of privacy literacy, the parts to be supplemented were identified, and the class was designed by connecting the parts to be supplemented and the latest cases. This study is significant as a basic study of personal information protection education.
