국문 초록

본 논문은 최근 국내외에서 철도시스템의 철도차량을 대상으로 적용되고 있는 화재 규격에 관한 비교분석 및 국내 화재규격의 개선방안에 관한 연구이다. 유럽에서는 최근 철도차량 화재 규격이 필수 표준규격으로 공표되어, 국내 철도차량 제작사 및 부품사들은 해외 수출을 위해 이 규격에 따른 화재시험이 반드시 필요한 실정이다. 그러나 국내 철도 유관기관들은 해당 철도 화재 규격에 대한 동향을 제대로 파악하고 있지 못한 상황이다. 이에 국내 철도 화재안전 강화와 해외 수출 증대에 기여하기 위하여 국내 철도차량 화재규정의 현황과 철도차량 부품에 관한 유럽의 화재 규격 EN 45545의 요구사항을 비교분석하였다.

영문 초록

This paper presents a comparative analysis on the fire standards that have been recently applied to railway vehicles in domestic and foreign countries and ways to improve the domestic fire standards. In Europe, the fire test standards for railroad vehicles have recently been made mandatory therefore, fire tests are absolutely necessary for exporting railroad vehicles to Europe. However, domestic organizations related to railways are not fully aware of the trends in the relevant railway fire standards. Therefore, the current situation of domestic fire regulations was reviewed, and as an improvement method, fire tests of the fire standard EN 45545 (fire testing) were reviewed.
