화자 김태희의 문학의 생활화에 대한 연구

국문 초록

요즈음 관련학계에서는 ‘문학의 생활화’가 많이 거론되고 있다. 이는 문학을 삶의 일부로 여기고 문학과 함께 일상의 삶을 영위해 나가는 것을 뜻한다. 필자가 설화를 채록하면서 만난 김태희는 어깨 너머로 한글을 익힌 83세 할머니이다. 풍부한 독서 경험이 바탕이 되어 고소설 및 설화의 강독, 구연, 외워 쓰기 활동을 오랫동안 해 왔고, 요즘은 생활문 중심의 글쓰기를 활발하게 하는 등 문학의 생활화를 통해 노년의 풍요로운 삶을 누리고 있다. 필자는 김태희의 개인사를 살펴보고, 그의 문학적 활동의 여러 가지 내용, 삶과 문학적 활동과의 관련 양상을 구명(究明)해 보았다.

영문 초록

These days, 'the living of literature' has become a popular issue among the public. 'The living of literature' means not only to read and savor the literary works but to consider them as 'a part of the life' and enjoy reading them in the everyday life. In this respect, storyteller Kim, Tae-hee excellently pursues a living of literature though she is an old woman, 82 years old. I commenced my study to examine how the old story-teller has been taken literature into her life and which backgrounds have influenced her literary life. First, considering the respects of her personal history, she has brilliant literary talent and has read lots of korean old novels in the good growth environment. Also, she has been acknowledged in the field of textual exposition and oral narration due to her excellent retentive faculty, and she has been showing energetic writing by memorization activities at the base of these given conditions. Nowadays, she often makes a composition on the various features of daily life considering and selecting the fit literary genres, and enjoys them through recitation. Also, she often posts them on the walls and sends them to others sometimes. She is making a romantic life and cultivating her life plentifully through literary activities in her declining years. I intend to defer more advanced study of the each part to the next time.
