한국어 교육에서 문학 교재 개발의 방향

국문 초록

본 연구는 제2언어 읽기에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구와 관련시켜 한국어 문학 교재 개발 방향을 고찰하는 것이다. 한국어 학습자를 위한 문학 교재 개발 시에는 어떤 목적을 가진 어떤 수준의 학습자를 위한 문학 교육인지, 이때 교재 개발에 영향을 미친다고 확인들 변인들을 교재 개발 시 어떻게 반영할 것인지를 고려해야 한다. 이를 위해 독해 변인에 대한 선행 연구와 기존 교재 분석이 이루어졌다. 선행 연구는 언어지식보다는 배경지식이 독해를 원활하게 하는 데 더 도움이 되고 언어지식 교수는 배경지식 교수보다 저급의 학습자에게 더 중요하게 교수되어야 하며 비유적 언어 교육이 특히 중요하다고 밝힌다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 문화적·문학적 언어지식, 텍스트 전체 맥락을 형성하는 배경지식, 텍스트 주제, 학습자의 독해를 방해하는 난해한 텍스트 구조와 관련된 교재 설계 틀을 마련하였다. 앞의 교재 설계 틀을 바탕으로 하여 윤동주의 「서시」와 은희경의 「빈처」를 자료로 하여 실제 단원을 개발하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find a well grounded direction of developing Literature texts. To develop literature texts for Korean language learners, which purpose the learners have and which level they are in should be taken into account. How the identified determinants will be reflected in the text should also be considered. In order to accomplish this research purpose, the previous research about determinants which affect reading comprehension were searched. The findings of those research showed that background knowledge of the texts is more helpful for foreign language students to understand texts than the knowledge of language is. And teaching language is more important in the lower level class and figurative language teaching is specially stressed. Based on these findings, text development frame was created. The frame is made based on the cultural and literal language, background knowledge which affects the whole text, the theme, and the complicated structure of the text. The poem 「Seosi(First poem)」 from Dongju Yoon and the novel 「Bincho(Poor wife)」 from Heekyong Eun are used for creating the two new chapters.
