플립드러닝 수업이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고능력과 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 플립드러닝 수업이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고능력과 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상은 전남 소재 S 대학교 간호학과 학생 91명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2022년 3월 2일 1학기 개강 시작일 수업 첫 시간에 사전조사를 실시하였고, 사후조사는 수업 종료 후인 2022년 6월 8일 마지막 시간에 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Windows 20.0 Program을 이용하여 통계 처리 하였다. 결과 플립드러닝 수업이 간호대학생들의 비판적 사고능력, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 각 변수의 하위영역 분석 결과, 비판적 사고능력은 건전한 회의성, 체계성, 지적호기심, 자신감에서는 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 공정성, 객관성, 신중성에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 문제해결능력은 개방적 사고, 인식 및 판단, 대안평가 및 결정 모두 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 최근 대두되고 있는 플립드러닝 교수학습방법을 교과과정에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후, 이러한 교수학습방법을 다양한 환경의 교과과정과 학생들의 수준을 고려하여 적용하고, 그에 따른 효과를 확인하는 연구와 다양한 변수들을 추가한 광범위한 연구가 필요하리라 본다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of flipped learning on critical thinking ability, communication ability and problem solving ability of nursing students. Methods The subjects of this study were 91 nursing students from S University in Jeonnam. Data were collected at the first time of the first semester of the first semester on March 2, 2022, and the post-survey was conducted at the last time on June 8, 2022, after the end of the class., The collected data were statistically processed using SPSS Windows 20.0 Program. Results Flip-learning class was found to have statistically significant effects on critical thinking ability, communication ability, and problem solving ability of nursing college students., As a result of analyzing the sub-area of each variable, critical thinking ability showed significant effect in sound skepticism, systemicity, intellectual acuity, and confidence, but there was no statistically significant difference in fairness, objectivity, and prudence., Problem solving ability was found to have significant effects on open thinking, recognition and judgment, alternative evaluation and decision. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it applied the flipped learning teaching method which is emerging recently to the curriculum and verified its effect. In the future, it is necessary to apply such teaching and learning method considering the curriculum of various environments and the level of students, and to investigate the effect accordingly and to add a wide range of variables.
