표현의 자유에 대한 교육과정 내용의 개선 방향

국문 초록

목적 : 이 연구는 학생의 표현의 자유에 대한 연구 동향을 분석한 후, 그 결과에 근거하여 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정에 제시된 표현의 자유와 관련한 교육 내용의 개선 방향을 도출하고자 한다. 방법 : 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 학생의 표현의 자유에 대한 논문을 제목, 목차, 초록, 핵심어를 바탕으로 추출한 뒤, 최종 연구 대상으로 선정된 논문을 대상으로 연구 수행의 연도별 추이, 게재된 학술지의 성격, 세부 연구 영역 및 문제를 분석하였다. 다른 한편, 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정에 제시된 표현의 자유와 관련한 교육 내용 및 그 특징을 분석하였다. 이 두 가지 분석 결과를 비교함으로써 국어과 교육과정의 표현의 자유와 관련한 교육 내용의 한계 및 문제점을 도출하였다. 결과: 첫째, 국어과 교육과정에서 표현의 자유의 개념을 규정하는 방식이 협소하다. 둘째, 학생의 표현의 자유를 한정할 수 있는 타당한 기준이 설정되어 있지 않다. 결론 : 표현의 자유에 대한 기존 연구 결과 대비 현재 국어과 교육과정의 관련 내용이 안고 있는 한계 및 문제점을 중심으로 향후 개선 방향을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The primary purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of students' freedom of expression. Based on the results of this analysis, more ultimately, it is intended to derive a direction for improving educational content related to freedom of expression presented in the 2015 revised Korean language curriculum. Methods: Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) extracts research results on student freedom of expression based on the title, table of contents, abstract, and key words, and I analyzed them in terms of research performance by year, characteristics of published journals, and the personality of the research problems(themes). On the other hand, the content of education related to freedom of expression presented in the 2015 revised Korean language course was analyzed. By comparing the results of these two analysis, the characteristics of educational content related to freedom of expression in the Korean language and curriculum were derived. Results: First, the way to define the concept of freedom of expression in the curriculum is narrow. Second, no valid standards have been established to limit students' freedom of expression. Conclusion: Focusing on the problems of the curriculum content related to freedom of expression, a future improvement direction was proposed.
