2015 개정 초등 국어 교과서의 질문 만들기 활동에 대한 개선 방향 제안

국문 초록

목적 : 2015 개정 초등학교 국어 교과서에 제시된 학습자 질문 생성 활동의 타당성을 검토하고, 이 활동의 원래 목적에 도달하기 위해 학습자 질문 생성 활동을 어떻게 구성해야 하는지에 대한 안을 제안한다. 방법 : 2015 개정 초등학교 국어교과서 중 5학년, 6학년 교과서에서 제시된 학습자 질문 생성 활동을 비판적으로 검토하고, 일반적인 능숙한 독자의 질문 생성 결과와 초등학생의 질문 생성 결과를 비교한다. 결과 : 2015 개정 초등학교 국어 교과서에서 제시한 학습자 질문 생성 활동은 대답과 질문간의 관계에 따라 질문을 생성하도록 하고 있으나, 이를 통해서는 텍스트를 이해하는 데 도움이 되는 질문을 생성하기 어렵다. 결론 : 학습자 질문 생성 활동이 원래의 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 질문과 대답과의 관계로 질문을 생성하는 것이 아니라 한 편의 텍스트를 이해하는 데 핵심이 되는 정보에 대한 질문을 생성하도록 하되 구체적인 모델을 교과서에서 제시하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review the adequacy of learner question generation activities presented in the 2015 revised Korean language textbook for elementary schools. And this study suggests the better method of learner question generation activities. Methods: In order to accomplish this research purpose, I asked elementary school students to make problems according to the instructions of the textbook. I selected proficient readers or inexperienced readers. And I made the same request to a proficient reader. Then I compares proficient readers with elementary school students. Results: The learner question generation activities presented in the 2015 revised Korean language textbook do not help learners much. It doesn't help students read and understand text. This is because the 2015 revised Korean language textbook allows students to create questions using the relationship between questions and answers. Conclusion: This study suggest that students should create questions based on text types. For the reader to understand the text well changes what needs to be understood importantly acchording the type of text.
