국문 초록

본 연구는 원가족 건강성과 부부갈등의 관계에서 성인애착과 정서조절곤란의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 강원지역에 거주하고 있는 기혼남녀 316명을 대상으로 원가족 건강성, 부부갈등, 성인애착, 그리고 정서조절곤란을 측정하여 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원가족 건강성은 부부갈등, 성인애착과 정서조절곤란에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인애착과 정서조절 곤란은 부부갈등에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 원가족건강성과 부부갈등의 관계에서 성인애착과 정서조절의 매개 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 본 결과의 의의를 선행연구의 결과에 비교하여 검토하고 추후 연구를 위한 논의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of adult attachment and emotional dysregulation in the relationship between family-of-origin health and marital conflict. For this purpose, 316 married males and females aged 30 to 60 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, and Gangwon Province were surveyed on family-of-origin health, marital conflict, adult attachment and emotional dysregulation, upon which correlation and regression analyses were performed. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, family-of-origin health was correlated with marital conflict, adult attachment, and emotional dysregulation. Secondly, adult attachment and emotional dysregulation were correlated with marital conflict. Thirdly, adult attachment and emotional dysregulation showed a significant mediating effect on the relationship between family-of-origin health and marital conflict. Based these results, the significance and meaning of this study were compared with the results of previous studies and potential subsequent research was proposed.
