국문 초록

본 연구는 K-MOOC 강좌의 개발⋅검수 단계에서 빈번하게 발생하고 있는, 웹 접근성 측면에서 본 K-MOOC 강좌의 교수설계상의 주요 문제점과 구체적인 해결방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2017년~2021년까지 K-MOOC 강좌사전검수 단계에서 국가평생교육원에 검수를 신청한, ｢한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침(KWCAG) 2.1｣ 지침에 근거하여 3인의 전문가에 의해 검수된 44개 대학, 106개K-MOOC 강좌이며, KWCAG 2.1 검사항목별로 웹 접근성 미준수 발생빈도를 산출하였다. 본 연구에서는 최종적으로 상위 5개 KWCAG 미준수 검사항목(적절한 대체텍스트 제공, 자막 제공, 표의 구성, 텍스트 콘텐츠의 명도대비, 색에 무관한 콘텐츠인식)을 도출하고, 구체적인 미준수 사례와 함께 두 가지의 미시적 및 거시적 해결방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify major problems in the instructional design of K-MOOC courses and specific solutions in terms of web accessibility, which frequently occur in the development and inspection stage of K-MOOC courses. The subjects of the study were 44 universities and 106 K-MOOC courses inspected by three experts based on the Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (KWCAG) 2.1, which applied to the National Institute of Lifelong Education during the pre-inspection phase of K-MOOC courses from 2017 to 2021, and the frequency of non-compliance was calculated for each KWCAG 2.1 success criteria. In this study, the top five KWCAG 2.1 non-compliance success criteria (providing appropriate alternative text, providing captions, table composition, contrast of text content, recognition of color-independent content) were finally derived along with specific non-compliance cases, and two microscopic and macroscopic solutions were presented.
