국문 초록

본 연구는 맞벌이 여성의 자녀교육과 관련된 언론기사를 구조적 토픽 모형(Structural Topic Model)을 사용하여 분석한 후 도출된 토픽을 통하여 맞벌이 여성의 자녀교육에 관한 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 ‘초등 돌봄’, ‘영유아 돌봄’, ‘팬데믹 전후의 학교 변화’, ‘제도적개선점’의 4개의 토픽이 도출되었으며, 대부분의 토픽에서 ‘돌봄’과 관련된 단어가 빈출하여, 맞벌이 여성의 자녀 교육 문제가 ‘돌봄 문제 해결’에 있음을 알 수 있었다. 도출된 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 맞벌이 여성을 비롯한 가족 돌봄 제도가 원활히 사용되고 유기적으로 작동되도록제도적 보완이 필요하다. 둘째, 긴급가족돌봄제도에 위기관리 경영기법(Contingency Plan)을 도입하여 실행력을 갖춘 방안으로 체계화하여야 한다. 셋째. 정책 수혜자가 정책 문해력을 갖출 수 있도록 사회분위기의 변화를 이끌어내야 한다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to derive policy implications for the education of children of working women by analyzing media articles related to the education of children of working women using the Structural Topic Model and then using the derived topics. As a result of the analysis, four topics were derived: ‘Elementary Care’, ‘Early Child Care’, ‘School Change Before and After Pandemic’, and ‘System Improvement’ were found, and the words related to ‘Care’ were frequent in most topics, indicating that the problem of children’s education of dual-income women was in ‘Care Problem Solving’. The policy implications derived are as follows. First, institutional supplementation is needed to ensure that the family care system, including dual-income women, is used smoothly and operates organically. Second, the emergency family care system should introduce a crisis management management plan to systematically implement it. Third, it is necessary to induce a change in the social atmosphere so that policy beneficiaries can have policy literacy.
