영문 초록

This study's objective is to improve a true member of community who has a vocational competency at the part of social and regime. For this study, first, we have to look at the concept and object of vocational competency development, second, consider Korea's law of vocational competency development, third, analyze transition the process Korea's the vocational competency development. Finally, analyze Korea's form of the vocational competency development and find positive implications. In conclusion, the past program of vocational competency development is insufficient to the participants of vocational competency development. To improve efficiency of the vocational competency development, this study which is based on students' experience is urgently needed.
