국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나 백신 부스터 샷 미접종자의 현상의 본질과 경험에 대한 의미를 이해하기 위해 시도된 질적연구이다. 방법 코로나 백신 부스터 샷 미접종자 8명을 대상으로 심층 면담과 관찰법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi가 제시한 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 결과 연구 대상자는 코로나 백신 부스터 샷 미접종의 이유로 부정확한 백신 정보와 백신 접종 후 이상반응, 인정받기 어려운 백신 부작용 등 아쉬운 사후관리로 나타났다. 그러나 백신 접종 후 직장생활과 일상생활의 복귀는 백신 접종의 보상으로 조사되었다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 코로나 백신 부스터 샷 미접종자를 이해하고 코로나 백신 접종률을 높이기 위한 백신 접종의 효과와 백신 안전성에 대한 인식개선 교육프로그램의 개발 및 백신 부작용에 대한 맞춤형 사후관리 시스템을 구축하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This research is a qualitative study aimed at understanding COVID-19 vaccine inoculation experiences. Methods Data was collected from 8 people inoculated with COVID-19 vaccines through interviews and observational research. Collected data was analyzed using Colaizzi’s phenomenological method. Results Results show that those vaccinated underwent concerns related to inaccurate information about vaccines, vaccination symptoms, and lacking follow-up system including fastidious decisions for side effect compensations. However, they appreciated their everyday and work life being a step closer to normal. Conclusions Based on these results, baseline data will be provided for the development of age group educational content as well as construction of customized follow-up systems, in order to understand those inoculated with COVID-19 vaccines and to increase vaccination rates.
