국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 비실험연구로 코로나19 유행 시기에 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 후향적 서술적 단면조사연구이다. 방법 연구대상은 경기도 B시에 소재하는 1개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 1~4학년 전체 479명을 대상으로 2022년 5월 16일부터 5월 31일까지 온라인 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였고 이 기간에 응답한 179명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 26.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, χ2검정, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 동아리활동 여부, 가정의 경제적 수준, 성격, 자발적인 간호학과 선택, 이론수업 매체, 최근 학점, 전공만족도 등의 변수에서 대학생활적응에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향요인들은 연령, 학년, 동아리활동, 가정의 경제적 수준, 전공만족도, 자기주도학습, 학업소진이 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났고 교정된 설명력(adjusted R2)은 63.2%이었다. 결론 간호대학생의 대학생활적응 향상을 위해 영향요인을 기반으로, 간호대학생의 자기주도학습을 유도하면서 동시에 학업소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 프로그램과 전공만족도 향상을 위해 다양한 학습전략과 과정의 개발에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is a non-experimental, retrospective, cross-sectional study. The purpose of study is to identify factors that affect college life adaptation of nursing students in the COVID19 pandemic. Methods The subjects were 479 college students in the 1st and 4th grade at one college in B city, Gyeonggi-do. The survey period was conducted from May 16 to May 31, 2022. The data were conducted by online self-enrollment, and 179 responses were used as final analysis data. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, χ2 test, ANOVA, Pearson coefficient, and hierarchial multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN 26.0 program. Results There was a significant difference in variables such as club activities of nursing students, economic level of family, personality, voluntary nursing department selection, theoretical class media, recent credits, and major satisfaction. The factors influencing college life adaptation were explanatory power at 63.2% due to age, grade, club activities, family economic level, major satisfaction, self-directed learning, and academic burnout. Conclusions Based on influencing factors to improve nursing students' adaptation to college life, this study can be used as a basic data for developing various learning strategies and courses to induce nursing students' self-directed learning and reduce academic burnout.
