국문 초록
목적 본 연구에서는 졸업학년 간호대학생들의 자기효능감, 정맥주사 수행자신감과 간호전문직관의 관계를 분석하고, 자기효능감과 정맥주사 수행자신감의 관계에서 간호전문직관의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. 방법 연구 대상자는 145명의 졸업학년 간호대학생이었고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 25.0과 PROCESS Macro프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 자기효능감은 간호전문직관(β=.28, p<.001)과 정맥주사 수행자신감(β=.53, p<.001), 간호전문직관은 정맥주사 수행자신감에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다(β=.43, p=.017). 자기효능감과 정맥주사 수행자신감 간의 관계에서 간호전문직관은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(Indirect effect=.12, 95%CI=0.11~0.20). 결론 연구 결과를 바탕으로 졸업학년의 간호대학생의 정맥주사 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위해서는 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 전략이 필요하며, 긍정적인 간호전문직관을 함양할 수 있는 전략이 포함된 교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요하겠다.
영문 초록
Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of nursing professionalism on the relationship between self-efficacy and confidence in performing intravenous injection in senior nursing students. Methods Participants were 145 senior nursing students. Data were analyzed with SPSS Statistics 25.0 and the mediating effect was analyzed by using PROCESS Macro program. Results Self-efficacy directly affected nursing professionalism(β=.28, p<.001) and confidence in performing intravenous injections(β=.53, p<.001). Nursing professionalism directly affected confidence in performing intravenous injection(β=.43, p=.017). Nursing professinalism had a mediating effect between self-efficacy and confidence of performing intraveonus injections(Indirect effect=.12, 95%CI=0.11-0.20). Conclusions To improve confidence of performing intravenous injections in nursing students, it is necessary to improve their self-efficacy and nursing professionalism.
