국내 간호교육에 적용한 디자인씽킹(design thinking) 주제범위 문헌고찰

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 국내 간호교육에서 디자인씽킹 교육방법론을 적용한 연구를 대상으로 주제범위 문헌고찰을 통해 탐색함으로써 현재까지의 연구 동향을 살펴보고 향후 간호교육 분야에 디자인씽킹을 적용한 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 방법 간호교육에 디자인씽킹 방법을 적용한 문헌을 대상으로 주제범위 문헌고찰을 수행한 방법론적 연구이다. The Joanna Briggs Institute의 주제범위 문헌고찰 방법론에 따라 “간호사 및 간호학생에 대한 국내 간호교육에서 디자인씽킹은 어떻게 적용되었는가?”를 연구질문으로 도출하였다. 이에 따라 검색어는 ‘간호사’, ‘간호대학생’, ‘간호학생’, ‘디자인씽킹’, ‘디자인적 사고’, ‘nurs*’, 또는 ‘design thinking’ 등을 조합하여 검색하였다. 검색 데이터베이스는 국내의 경우 학술연구정보서비스(Research Information Sharing Service, RISS), 한국학술정보(Koreanstudies Information Service System, KISS) 등을 사용하였고, 국외는 Pubmed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL)을 사용하였다. 검색 결과 도출된 총 303개 문헌에 선정과 제외기준을 적용하여 최종 6개 문헌을 선정하였다. 결과 최종 6개 문헌은 2018년에서 2021년까지 출판되었다. 문헌에서 사용한 디자인씽킹 방법론은 6편 모두 d. school 5단계 방법론을 사용하였다. 또한 6편 모두 실험연구 방법론을 사용하였고 단일군 사전사후설계의 원시실험연구가 5편이었다. 주요변수로 공감, 비판적 사고 성향, 문제해결능력 등이 사용되었다. 실습수업에 적용한 경우가 2편, 그 외에는 이론 교과목에 적용되었다. 결론 현재까지의 문헌을 살펴보았을 때, 디자인씽킹 방법론은 연구의 확대가 요구되는 상황으로 사료된다. 디자인씽킹 방법론을 적용한 실험연구의 확대 적용이 필요하며 보다 정교한 실험설계가 요구된다. 또한 실험연구와 더불어 디자인씽킹 방법론이 학생들에게 미치는 영향 등 다양한 연구방법을 적용하여 후속연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study's purpose was to synthesize the literature on design thinking applying nursing education in Korea. Methods A scoping review was conducted by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) methodology (Tricco et al., 2016) suggested by Arksey와 O’Malley (2005). Literature was searched from RISS, KISS, PubMed, and CINAHL. The 303 articles were identified, and 6 were selected for the final analysis. Two reviewers conducted the process independently. Results The six articles were published between 2018 and 2021. In the literature, ‘d. school’ methodology was a major methodology of design thinking. Also, all studies were experimental researches using pre-experimental design in 5 and the other quasi-experimental design. Empathy, critical thinking, and problem-solving competence were significant variables. Conclusions It is considered that the design thinking methodology is a situation that requires the expansion of research. For the experimental studies, well-designed experiments were needed.
