대학생들의 다문화가정 학생을 위한 교육봉사프로그램 참여 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 다문화 학생들을 위한 대학생들의 교육봉사프로그램 참여경험에 관한 실천과정과 본질적 의미를 탐색하고 분석하는 데 있다. 방법 이를 위해 B시 K 대학교에 재학 중인 6명의 대학생들을 대상으로 2022년 1월 27일부터 28일까지 이틀 동안 실시한 프로그램 참여경험에 관해 설문지와 인터뷰를 진행하였으며 수집된 자료는 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하여 그 의미를 분석하였다. 결과 자료 분석결과 ‘‘설렘과 두려움으로 시작하다’, ‘생각의 변화를 경험하다’, ‘새로운 시선으로 타인을 바라보다’’, ‘우리는 하나라는 생각을 가지다’, ‘또 다른 의미를 찾다’로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과들은 대학생들의 자발적 교육봉사의 참여와 기회 그리고 실천경험은 다문화 학생들에 대한 생각의 변화를 통해 공동체 의식과 자신의 내면을 성장시켜주는 경험을 하게 하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 늘어나는 다문화가정 학생들을 위한 대학생교육봉사활동 프로그램이 활성화되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the practical process and essential meaning of college students' experiences of participating in educational service programs for multicultural students. Methods To this end, questionnaires and interviews were conducted with six college students enrolled in K University in B city about their experiences of participating in the program for two days from January 27 to 28, 2022. The collected data were based on Giorgi's phenomenological research method. was used to analyze its meaning. Results As a result of data analysis, ‘‘Start with excitement and fear’, ‘Experience a change of thinking’, ‘Look at others with a new perspective’, ‘We have the idea that we are one’, ‘Find another meaning’ appeared as Conclusions The results of this study show that college students' voluntary participation in educational service, opportunities, and practical experiences led to an experience of growing a sense of community and inner self through a change of thinking about multicultural students. Through these research results, it is expected that the college education volunteer program for the increasing number of students from multicultural families will be activated.
