코로나19에 대한 태도와 두려움이 일 대학 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나바이러스감염증-19(이하 코로나19) 상황에서 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 코로나19에 대한 태도와 두려움이 어떠한 영향을 주는지 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 방법 본 연구에는 일 대학 간호학과 1학년부터 4학년에 재학 중인 164명이 참여하였고, 자료수집 기간은 2022년 1월 13일부터 2월 7일까지였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램으로 분석하였으며, 변수의 특성에 따라 기술통계, Independent t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 또한 변수 간의 관계는 Pearson’s Correlation, 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 주는 요인은 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 간호대학생의 진로준비행동은 본인이 주관적으로 인식하는 건강 상태와 전공만족도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 코로나19에 대한 태도는 5점 만점에 4.14점이었고, 코로나19에 대한 두려움은 5점 만점에 2.48점이었으며, 진로준비행동은 5점 만점에 3.18점이었다. 셋째, 간호대학생의 진로준비행동은 코로나19에 대한 태도, 코로나19에 대한 두려움과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 코로나19에 대한 태도, 코로나19에 대한 두려움은 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 설명력은 22.2%이었다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 토대로 신입생부터 체계적인 진로 프로그램을 수립한 후 다양한 프로그램을 제공한다면 대학생의 진로준비행동을 강화하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to confirm how the attitude and fear of COVID-19 affect the career preparation behavior of nursing students in the pandemic situation. Methods 164 nursing students participated in this study. The data collection period was from January 13 to February 7, 2022. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were conducted according to the characteristics of the variables. Results First, there was a statistically significant difference in subjectively recognized health status and major satisfaction in the career preparation behavior of nursing students. Second, the degree of attitude of nursing students toward COVID-19 was 4.14, the fear of COVID-19 was 2.48, and the career preparation behavior was 3.18. Third, the career preparation behavior of nursing students showed a statistically significant positive correlation with their attitude toward COVID-19 and fear of COVID-19. Finally, the significant factors affecting the career preparation behavior of nursing students were attitudes toward COVID-19 and fear of COVID-19, and the explanatory power of career preparation behavior was 22.2%. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it is important to establish a personalized career action plan from new students so that nursing students can perform career-related preparatory actions. If these education are provided, it will help strengthen college students' career preparation behavior.
