유자녀 초등 여교사의 역할긴장과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 교사효능감과 양육효능감의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유자녀 초등 여교사의 역할긴장과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 교사효능감과 양육효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 전국의 초등학생 이하의 자녀를 둔 초등 여교사 328명을 대상으로 인구통계학적 변인과 연구변인에 대한 자료를 수집하였고 SPSS 25.0 및 PROCESS Macro를 활용하여 연구문제를 검증하였다. 결과 유자녀 초등 여교사의 교사효능감은 역할긴장과 삶의 만족도의 관계를 부분매개하였고 양육효능감도 역할긴장과 삶의 만족도의 관계를 부분매개하였다. 또한 교사효능감과 양육효능감은 역할긴장과 삶의 만족도의 관계를 병렬매개하고, 양육효능감이 더 큰 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 유자녀 초등 여교사가 역할긴장으로 인한 삶의 만족도 저하를 경험할 때 교사효능감과 양육효능감에 개입하는 것이 효과적임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The present study is to identify the mediating effect of teacher efficacy and parenting efficacy on the relationship between role strain and life satisfaction of elementary school female teachers with children. Methods A total of 328 female teachers in elementary school with children under elementary school age participated in the survey for demographic information and research variables and the data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS Macro to verify research questions. Results The result revealed that teacher efficacy partially mediated the relationship between role strain and life satisfaction and parenting efficacy also partially mediated the relationship between role strain and life satisfaction. In addition, teacher efficacy and parenting efficacy parallelly mediated the relationship between role strain and life satisfaction and parenting efficacy had a bigger mediating effect. Conclusions These results suggest that it is effective to intervene in teacher efficacy and parenting efficacy when elementary school female teachers with children experience a decrease in life satisfaction due to role strain.
