포스트 코로나시대 예비영유아교사가 겪는 어려움과 지원방안에 대한 질적연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 포스트 코로나시대 예비영유아교사가 겪는 어려움과 요구하는 지원방안을 심층적으로 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 경기도 S시 대학에 재학중인 예비영유아교사 12명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 2022년 3월부터 7월까지 연구 참여자 별로 2회씩 개별 심층 면담이 이루어졌다. 연구 결과 연구 참여자들이 겪는 어려움은 ‘어려워진 금전 상황과 시간 관리’, ‘교우관계 형성의스트레스’, ‘아무도 모르는 학교 및 학과행사’, ‘코로나 학번이라는 사회적 시선’으로 나타났다. 요구하는지원방안에 대해서는 ‘교우관계 지원을 위한 다양한 프로그램 요구’, ‘예비교사의 전문성 향상을 위한 맞춤형 교육 요구’, ‘다양한 장학제도 확충 요구’, ‘유연한 강의시스템 구축 요구’가 도출되었다. 본 연구는포스트 코로나시대 다양한 어려움에 직면한 예비영유아교사를 위한 맞춤형 지원 체제 구축의 필요성을시사하며 관련 프로그램 개발의 기초자료 제공으로서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine in depth the difficulties faced by preservice early childhood teachers and the support methods they require in the post-corona era. In order to achieve this purpose, 12 preservice early childhood teachers attending a university in Gyeonggi-do were selected as research participants. Research data were collected through individual in-depth interviews with study participants, and interviews were conducted from March to July 2022. The difficulties experienced by the study participants in the study were 'difficult financial situation and time management', 'stress of forming friendships', 'school and department events that no one knows about', and 'social gaze of Corona student number'. As a support method to solve these difficulties, research participants demanded 'various programs to support companionship', 'customized education to improve the professionalism', 'expansion of various scholarship systems', and 'establishment of a flexible lecture system'. The research results derived from this study will be able to contribute to establishing a customized support system for pre-service early childhood teachers who are experiencing difficulties due to the crisis caused by the post-corona era.
