국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 뉴노멀 시대 대학생들의 불안이 진로적응성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 희망의 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 연구대상은 경기도 소재 1개 대학에서 임의표집한 109명의 대학생을 대상으로 불안, 희망, 진로적응성의 크기를 측정하여 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 불안은 진로적응성에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 희망은 진로적응성에 정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 불안과 진로적응성의 관계에서 희망은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 희망의 경로사고는 진로적응성의 하위요인인 관심통제에는 부분매개효과를 호기심과 자신감에는 완전 매개효과를 나타냈다. 희망의 주도사고는 진로적응성의 통제에는 부분매개효과를 관심, 호기심과 자신감에는 완전 매개효과를 보였다. 결론 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 불안과 희망과 진로적응성과 관련하여 대학생들 개개인의 고유한 특성과 잠재력을 고려한 동기부여를 위한 맞춤형 프로그램 개발의 필요성에 대해 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of hope in the process of influencing career adaptation of anxiety in college students in the New Normal era. Methods Data were collected by measuring the size of anxiety, hope, and career adaptation for 109 college students randomly sampled from one university in Gyeonggi-do, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Results First, anxiety was found to have a negative effect on career adaptation, and hope was found to have a positive effect on career adaptation. Second, in the relationship between anxiety and career adaptation, hope was found to have a mediating effect. Specifically, the path of hope thought showed a partial mediating effect on interest control, a sub-factor of career adaptation, and a complete mediating effect on curiosity and confidence. The leading thinking of hope showed a partial mediating effect on the control of career adaptation, and a complete mediating effect on curiosity and confidence. Conclusions Based on these research results, suggestions were made on the necessity of developing customized programs for motivation considering the unique characteristics and potential of each college student in relation to anxiety, hope, and career adaptability of college students.
