간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성과 비판적 사고성향이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성, 비판적 사고성향, 간호전문직관 정도를 파악하고 도덕적 민감성과 비판적 사고성향과의 관계를 파악함으로써 간호대학생의 간호전문직관 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 방법 본 연구는 2021년 6월부터 2021년 7월까지 A시의 간호대학생 202명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 자료분석은 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 변수 간 차이는 t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였고, 변수 간 상관관계는 Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient로 분석하였으며, 대상자의 도덕적 민감성과 비판적 사고가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향은 위계적 다중회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 분석을 하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성 점수는 평균 4.99점, 비판적 사고성향은 3.73점, 간호전문직관은 평균 3.83점이었다. 대상자의 간호전문직관은 도덕적 민감성(r=0.369, p<0.001), 비판적 사고성향(r=0.439, p<0.001)과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인은 도덕적 민감성과 비판적 사고 성향으로 간호전문직관에 대한 설명력은 35.2%이었다. 결론 간호학생의 간호전문직관 고취를 위해 도덕적 감수성과 비판적 사고성향을 향상시키기 위한 교육 프로그램과 교수방법이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to investigate the level of moral sensitivity, critical thinking disposition and nursing professionalism, as well as to identify the factors influencing the nursing professionalism in nursing students. Methods The study evaluated 202 nursing students in A City from June to July, 2021. Data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results The mean score of the moral sensitivity was 4.99, the critical thinking disposition was 3.73 and the nursing professionalism was 3.83. There were positive correlations between the nursing professionalism and moral sensitivity(r=0.369, p<.001) and critical thinking disposition(r=0.439, p<.001). The significant factors influencing the nursing professionalism were moral sensitivity and critical thinking disposition, which explained 33.2% of the variance in nursing professionalism. Conclusions In order to develop further nursing professionalism, it is necessary to apply programs and teaching methods in nursing education fields that can foster moral sensitivity and critical thinking tendencies for nursing students.
