국문 초록

이 글은 북한 사회에서 좌절, 분노, 저항이 집단적으로 표출되지 않는 이유를 문화적인 측면에서 분석한다. 특히, 북한의 독특한 문화인 사회주의 도덕에 초점을 맞추어 사회주의 도덕이 주민들의 행위와 의식의 순종기제로 여전히 작동되고 있음을 분석한다. 북한 사회에 대한 문화적 접근은 북한 주민들의 행위와 사고에 대한 정치적, 경제적 접근이 지닌 한계를 보완할 수 있다. 이를 위해 2000년 이후 북한에서 제작된 영화에서 사회주의 도덕이 어떻게 표현되고 전형화되고 있는지 살펴본다. 그리고 북한이탈주민에 대한 면접조사를 통해 사회주의 도덕이 현실에서 어떻게 실천되고 있는지 실증적으로 검토한다. 북한 주민들의 행위와 사고를 문화적 측면에서 살펴봄으로써 문화적 측면에서 북한연구의 중요성을 환기하고 문화적 측면에서의 정책적 대안마련의 필요성을 제기한다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this article is to culturally analyze that why North Koran don’t Resist. Especially, This article focused on the socialist ethics that is the unique culture of the North Korea. This socialist ethics still work to obedience mechanisms of action and consciousness of North Korean. Looking at North Korea with reference to aspects of culture, we reserve that socialist ethics of North Korea has influenced on the daily lives of North Korean. Therefore the socialist ethics will be continually emphasized as obedience mechanisms of action and consciousness of North Korean. This article reviews North Korea films after the 2000s on socialist ethics to find that how socialist ethics is represented in the North Korean films. The North Korean films released since 2000 show how socialist ethics as a culture are dealt with in North Korea. And This article examines how north Korean films incorporate North Koran action and consciousness through a survey about North Korean refugees.
