만 4세 유아의 또래 갈등에 관한 질적 연구

국문 초록

본 논문은 만 4세 유아들의 또래 갈등의 유형 및 해결 전략을 탐구하기 위한 질적 연구이다. 자료는 2014년 3월부터 7월까지 만 4세 초록반의 자유선택활동시간에 유아의 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 또래갈등 유형과 해결 전략이 수집되고 분석되었다. 연구결과 만 4세 또래 갈등의 유형은 소유분쟁, 놀리기, 놀이 공간차지하기, 교실규칙 위반하기로 나타났으며, 또래 갈등의 해결 전략은 언어적 항의, 주장하기, 놀리기, 무시하기, 이동하기, 때리기 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아기 또래 갈등이 자기조절 및 협력에 기여하는 긍정적인 측면뿐만 아니라 갈등이 원만히 해결되지 못한 채 종결되는 부정적인 측면도 있음을 시사하고 있어 유아의 또래갈등 중재에 대한 교사 역할의 중요성을 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a qualitative study to explore the 4-year-olds by age and type of conflict resolution strategies. From March to July 2014 through in-depth interviews and participant observation data it was collected to be analyzed. Results type of four-year-old peer conflicts are owned by conflict, teasing, occupies play area, it was found to violate classroom rules, solving strategies verbal protest of peer conflicts, claiming it, teasing, Ignore, move, spanking It was the like. These results indicate that the negative side terminated while unresolved conflicts, as well as positive aspects that contribute to childhood peer conflicts amicably self-regulation and cooperation.
