국문 초록

본 연구는 2008년 9월 1일부터 2개월 동안 수집한 2008 지역사회 건강조사 자료를 이용하여 한 광역시에 거주하는 만 19세 이상의 성인을 대상으로 구강건강상태 자가인식에 관련된 요인을 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 조사대상은 조사대상 광역시에 거주하는 주민을 대표하는 확률표본으로서 총 4,433명이었으며 훈련된 조사원이 조사대상 가정을 방문하여 전국적으로 표준화한 설문조사표에 의거 면접 조사하여 자료를 수집한 후 연구대상지역의 인구분포에서 제 변수 분포와 맞도록 2008년 7월 현재 주민등록인구를 표준으로 하여 계산된 가중치를 이용하여 모집단에서의 추정자료로 전환시켰다. 구강건강상태 자가인식에 관련된 요인을 파악하기위해 단계적 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다; 1. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성만을 독립변수로 하여 구강건강상태 자가 인식에 유의하게 관련된 요인을 분석하였다. 2. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성에 건강 행태 변수를 독립변수로 추가하여 분석하였다. 3. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성과 건강 행태변수에 구강관련 불편내용을 추가해서 독립변수로 하여 구강건강상태 자가 인식에 관련된 요인을 분석하였다.

영문 초록

To find the factors associated with self-perception on oral health state of adults whose age were nineteen years or more in a metropolitan city, an analysis was performed utilizing 2008 community health survey data collected for two months from the September first 2008. The trained interviewers collected data 4,433 persons representing adults of the city at their resident population, and recorded the responses at the standardized questionnaire schedule. To represent the true age and sex distribution of the whole resident population as of July 31st, 2008, collected data were transformed using weighted values. The results of stepwise multiple logistic regression from transformed data are as follows; 1. It was analysed that general characteristics as independent variables, the factors were associated with self-perception on oral health state. 2. It was analysed that general characteristics and health behaviors as independent variables, the factors were associated with self-perception on oral health state. 3. It was analysed that general characteristics, health behaviors and dental complaints as independent variables, the factors were associated with self-perception on oral health state.
