일부 임상치과위생사 의사소통 관련 요인

국문 초록

연구는 일부 임상치과위생사의 의사소통 실태 조사를 토대로 의사소통 증진방안을 모색하여 효율적이고 체계적인 치과위생사의 의사소통과 직무만족을 확립하는데 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 시행하였다. 대전광역시와 충청지역에 근무하는 임상치과위생사 207명을 대상으로 하였으며, 2018년 5월 한달 동안 구조화된 무기명 자기 기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 전체 10문항 중 평균점수가 가장 높은 문항은 ‘업무에 대해 동료와 허심탄회한 대화가능하다’였고, 가장 낮은 문항은 ‘내가 받은 정보의 정확성을 확인할 필요없다’로 나타났다. 조사대상자의 인구사회학적 특성별 의사소통의 차이를 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 것은 연령, 최종학력, 근무형태, 치과위생사 직업에 대한 생각으로 나타났다. 의사소통과 직무만족 상관관계 분석한 결과 의사소통 하위영역 중 개방성, 정확성은 직무만족과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to find out the communication promotion plan based on the survey of communication status of some clinical dental hygienists and to provide basic data necessary for establishing communication and job satisfaction of efficient and systematic dental hygienists. 207 clinical dental hygienists working in Daejeon and Chungcheong provinces were surveyed. In May 2018, a survey of structured self-reported self-stocking was conducted to obtain the following conclusions. The highest score among the 10 items was 'conversative with colleagues about work', and the lowest question was 'I do not need to confirm the accuracy of the information I received'. As a result of examining the difference in communication by demographic characteristics of the subjects, statistically significant was the age, final education, work type, and dental hygienist occupation. Analysis of communication and job satisfaction correlation showed that openness and accuracy among the communication sub-regions had a significant correlation with job satisfaction.
