사회적지지가 대학생의 학습몰입, 전공만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구는 사회적지지가 대학생의 학습몰입, 전공만족도에 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 조사하였다. 조사대상은 사립전문대학생 276명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 다중회귀분석을 통해 실시하였다. 분석결과를 보면 첫째, 성별이 ‘여자’이며, ‘취업전망이 매우밝다’, ‘학과선택 동기가 적성을 고려하여’ 라고 한 요인이 학습몰입도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공만족도가 높은 대학생일수록 학습몰입도도 높아지는 정적관계의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적지지에서는 하위요인인 정보적-평가적지지가 높은 대학생일수록 학습몰입도가 높아지는 정적관계의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공만족도가 사회적지지 하위요인인 정보적-평가적지지보다 학습몰입도에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The study examined the effects of social support on the learning commitment of college students and the satisfaction of their major. A survey was conducted with 276 students of a private college.Multiple regression analysis was implemented for the data.The results of the analysis show as follows: First, those who are female, who have a thought of their bright job prospect, who choose their major for their aptitude, revealed a positive learning commitment. Second, those who have a higher degree of satisfaction on their major unfolded a higher degree of the learning commitment. Third, those who have a higher degree of information-evaluation support in the social support exhibited a higher degree of learning commitment. Fourth and lastly, college students' satisfaction of their major appeared to make more effect on the learning commitment than on information-evaluation support in the social support.
