변혁적 리더십이 공군사관생도의 생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 공군사관생도들을 대상으로 변혁적 리더십, 소명의식, 그릿, 그리고 생활적응 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 특히, 변혁적 리더십과 생활적응과의 관계에서 소명의식과 그릿의 매개효과를확인하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 공군사관생도 339명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Program 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시하였고, AMOS Program 21.0을 이용하여 구조방정식(SEM) 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 자료를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 변혁적 리더십은 소명의식, 그릿, 생활적응과 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소명의식과 그릿은 생활적응과정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 변혁적 리더십과 생활적응 간의 관계에서 소명의식과그릿은 이중직렬매개를 하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 시사점 및 후속 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among Transformationalleadership, Calling, Grit, and Life Adjustment of ROK Air Force Academy(ROKAFA) cadet. Specifically, the mediating effect of Calling and Grit on the relationship betweenTransformational leadership and Life Adjustment were examined. Survey data from 339 cadets inROKAFA were analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and a Structural EquationModeling(SEM) using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results are as follows. First, Transformationalleadership correlated positively with Calling, Grit, and Life Adjustment. Second, Calling and Gritcorrelated positively with Life Adjustment. Third, Calling and Grit were found to serial-mediatethe relationship between Transformational leadership and Life Adjustment. Implications,limitations and also directions for future research were discussed.
