국문 초록

지역개발․지역계획의 목적은 대상지역 주민의 삶의 질에 긍정적 효과가 있을 때 만이 정당성을 확보할 수 있다. 그러나 담론적으로 형성된 개발 및 계획의 효과가 실제로 대상지역 주민의 삶의 질에 투영되는가는 아직도 풀리지 않은 과제로 남아 있다. 현재까지 효과성을 측정하는 주된 방법은 설문지를 이용하여 주관적 효과성을 측정하는 방법과 지역통계자료를 이용하는 방법과 양자의 관련성을 상관분석을 통해 증명하는 방법이 주된 방법이다. 그러나 설문지를 이용하여 수집되는 주관적 지표와 지역통계자료를 통해 얻게되는 객관적 지표는 연구자의 의도와는 관련 없이 행정단위를 설정하여 타 지역의 시설이용과 그로 인한 개개인의 주관적지표의 왜곡을 반영하지 못한다는 한계성을 갖고 있다. 또한 위와 같은 연구는 연구자의 의도와는 다른게 인간의 이동성을 부정하는 결과를 갖게 되며, 지역간 비교를 통해 형성된 주관적 지표의 상대성으로 인한 불일치 문제를 도외시하는 결과를 안고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역간 공간연결성을 분석하여 인간의 이동성에 바탕을 둔 생활권역을 설정하여 지역에 영향을 주는 공간을 분석하고, 지역의 특성적 요소인 도시화정도를 이용하여 지역의 상대적 효과의 작용형태를 분석, 총량적 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 학문적 연구와 지역개발계획에 기여하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The aim of regional development is residents' improvement on Quality of life. But despite attempting a variety of approaches for regional development, the effects of regional development obscures contributing one's share to 'quality of life'. in the reasons Considering the irrelationship between public regional development impact assessment and community residents' perceived life satisfaction as their integral welfare level and its inconsistency. Its prime cause discord with the objective indicators between subjective. To solve this situation, Series of empirical sub-studies are done but there failed to verify the relation and the effectiveness of regional development on social welfare. So that psychological adaptation state like life satisfaction might be employed. but this consequence result in not thinking inter-linkage region and region traits. therefore the aim of this study is the relative effect within regions on quality of life considering inter-regional linkage and trait
