국문 초록

일본은 장기적인 경기침체와 더불어 지역경제의 지반침하를 둘러싸고 일본경제재건을 위한 다양한 정책이 실시되었다. 구조개혁이나 금융개혁 등 각종 개혁이 추진되었음에도 불구하고 거시적 측면에서의 구체적인 성과를 거두지 못하고 있다. 이러한 가운데 세계경제는 지식을 기반으로 하는 지식경제의 진전, 기술의 변화에 직면하여 일본은 거시적 정책만이 아니라 미시경제의 관점으로부터 국제적인 경쟁력 제고에 주목하게 되었다. 따라서 업계뿐만이 아니라 다양한 조직이나 기관이 연계하여 상호협력과 경쟁을 도모하며 혁신을 창출하고 새로운 부가가치를 창조하기 위하여 클러스터정책을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일본의 클러스터정책을 검토하고 그 정책이 지역경제에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 직접 인터뷰조사와 문헌연구를 실시하여 지역경제의 활성화에 클러스터정책이 미치는 영향을 개략적으로 파악할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Resently, Japan focus on the Cluster policy on revitalization of the local economies and back on the international competitions since 90's lost dacade. The main purpose of the cluster policy is reform the national economy by the cooperation and competitions with the industrial factors and Universities and Institutions In this artcle, I have studied mostly silicon cluster of Kyushu area, out of cluster's in Japan, background of how they formed and existence KyuShu silicon cluster tell us the long term vision of the booming the local economy by the means of cooperrate with the Universities and the related Industrial factors and Institute, specially cluster policy on the basis of diverse cooperate with governance is the bottom line.
