국문 초록

최근 중국 물류산업의 급속한 발전과 더불어 중국 화주기업들은 자사물류활동을 가능한 축소하고, 물류 전문업체에 자사물류활동을 위탁하는 제3자 물류가 활성화되고 있으며, 앞으로 더욱 확대될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 본 연구는 중국 화주기업들의 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 물류서비스 요인들에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 향후 중국물류시장에 진출하고자 하는 한국 물류전문업체들의 현지경영전략 수립에 큰 도움이 되고자 한다. 이를 위해 9개의 물류서비스관련 변수와 2개의 물류성과 변수를 추출하여 115개 화주기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석결과 가설에서 설정한 바와 같이 대부분의 물류서비스 요인들은 화주기업들의 물류성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Recently the third party logistics has generated interest in chinese shippers companies. Especially across many industries, TPL services is a rapidly expanding source of cost savings and customer service improvement. This paper aims to identify critical logistics activity factors for logistics performance and suggest the improvements of logistics performance for chinese shippers companies that have adopted the third party logistics(TPL) system. The survey was conducted by the questionnaires compounded with 9 logistics activity variables and 2 logistics performance for 115 chinese shipper companies. The methodology used are composed of frequency, reliability, factor and multiple regression analysis to find out major factors on logistics performance in chinese shipper companies. The result shows that the performance of the TPL system was rather optimistic in the improvements of customer service and the reductions of logistics costs.
