국문 초록

목적 이 연구의 목적은 대학생 진로 자기주도성 척도를 개발하고, 개발한 척도를 타당화하는데 있다. 방법 이를 위해, 우선, 문헌 연구를 통해 진로 자기주도성 척도의 하위요인을 결정하고, 이에 따른 예비 문항을 작성하였다. 그런 다음, 세 차례에 걸친 전문가 자문을 거쳐, 대학생 진로 자기주도성 척도의 문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 척도의 타당화를 위해 전국 소재의 대학생 382명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 이에 대해 문항 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검사를 통해 타당성을 확보하였다. 결과 개발한 자기 주도성 척도는 총 7개요인(진로자기이해, 진로책임감, 진로탐색에 대한 지속성, 진로수용성, 진로정보탐색 및 활용능력, 진로자율성, 진로확신성), 30개 문항으로 구성되었다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 요인의 구조를 확인하고, 확인적 요인 분석을 통해 적합도 지수를 확인한 결과, 구성타당도와 적합도 지수 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이 연구를 통해, 대학생을 대상으로 이들의 진로 자기주도성 척도를 측정할 수 있는 검사 도구를 개발함으로써, 향후, 대학생의 진로 자기주도성 수준을 진단하고 향상시킬 수 있는 토대를 마련했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to develop and validate a university students career self-directedness scale to find out the factors. Methods To achieve this purpose, this study was developed components and sub-questions through literature review and seven factors and 51 items through 2 rounds of expert consultation. and then, conducted a survey of 382 college students nationwide, and also, conducted item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmative factor analysis, and reliability test. Results This study was checked the structure of the factors through exploratory factor analysis. also, confirmative factor analysis has shown that all goodness-of-fit indices(TLI, CFI, RMSEA) are at an appropriate level, indicating high configuration feasibility. as a result, a total of seven factors, including career self-understanding, career responsibility, career sustainability, career acceptance, career information exploration and utilization, career autonomy, and career confidence, were developed. Conclusions The study discussed the implications of career development and career education for college students by developing career self-directedness scale.
