국문 초록

본 논문에서는 OTT 플랫폼에서의 킬러콘텐츠 분석틀을 제시하고, 킬러콘텐츠로 주목받아 온 K-드라마 4편의 사례를 분석하였다. 사례는 킹덤(시즌 1, 시즌 2, 아신전), 오징어게임, 지옥 그리고 애플티비플러스가 출시한 파친코(시즌 1)이다. 분석을 위해, 본 논문에서는 킬러콘텐츠 분석도구를 활용하였다. 킬러콘텐츠 분석도구는 문화콘텐츠 창출-소통-향유의 체계 및 내적 구조로 구성된다. 분석 결과, 4편은 공통적으로 내적구조 ① 스토리텔링, ② 이미지투르기에서 강점을 나타내었다. 킹덤의 경우 이외에도 ③ 캐릭터빌딩 구조가 탄탄했으며, 오징어게임의 경우 ㉡ 시대상황 및 ③ 캐릭터 빌딩에서 강점을 나타내었다. 지옥은 ③ 캐릭터 빌딩에서 압도적 강점을 나타내었고, 파친코는 (a) 문화원형과 ㉢ 마케팅 부문에서 강점이 있다.

영문 초록

In this paper, the killer content analysis framework on the OTT platform is presented and the cases of 4 K-dramas that have been attracting attention as killer content are analyzed. Cases are Kingdom (Season 1, Season 2, Asinjeon), Squid Game, Hell, and Pachinko (Season 1) released by Apple TV Plus. For analysis, in this paper, a killer content analysis tool was used. The killer content analysis tool consists of the system and internal structure of cultural content creation-communicationenjoyment. As a result of the analysis, the 4 episodes showed strengths in the inner structure ① storytelling and ② image streaming in common. In addition to the case of Kingdom, ③ the character building structure was solid, and in the case of the squid game, it showed strength in ㉡ the times and ③ character building. Hell showed overwhelming strength in ③ character building, and Pachinko has strengths in (a) cultural archetype and ㉢ marketing.
