여성 지체장애인의 자존감 잠재계층에 따른 삶의 만족, 행복의 차이

국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 여성 지체장애인을 대상으로 자존감 잠재계층의 수를 알아보고, 잠재계층에 따른 삶의 만족과 행복의 평균 차이를 알아보는 것이었다. 연구방법: 이 연구에 참여한 대상자는 지체장애가 있는 669명의 여성이었고, 자료는 장애인 고용패널 2차웨이브 1차년도에서 5차년도까지 수집된 자료에서 추출되었다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 여성 지체장애인의 자존감 잠재계층은 잠재계층 성장모형으로 분석되었으며, 자존감 잠재계층에 따른 삶의 만족과 행복의 평균 차이는 일원공변량분석(ANCOVA)으로 검증되었다. 연구결과: 첫째, 이 연구는 3개의 자존감 잠재계층인 1) 안정성 있는 높은 자존감 집단, b) 보통의 상승하는 자존감 집단, c) 안정성 있는 낮은 자존감 집단을 확인하였다. 둘째, 3개의 자존감 잠재계층에 따른 여성 지체장애인의 삶의 만족(계층1, 계층2 > 계층3)과, 행복(계층1, 계층2 > 계층3)의 평균은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결론: 이 연구의 결과는 여성 지체장애인의 자존감 잠재계층에 따른 삶의 만족과 행복의 차이가 유의하다고 제안한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine variations in self-esteem trajectories and mean differences in life satisfaction and happiness among self-esteem trajectories of women with physical disabilities. Method: The participants of this study were 669 women with physical disabilities. The data of this study came from the 1st to 5th waves in the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled 2nd Wave (PESD). The self-esteem trajectories of women with physical disabilities were analyzed using latent growth class modeling. Mean differences in life satisfaction and happiness among self-esteem trajectories were analyzed using a one-way analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Results: First, this study identified three different self-esteem trajectories: 1) stable high self-esteem, 2) moderate increasing self-esteem, and 3) stable low self-esteem. Second, women with physical disabilities in three self-esteem trajectories showed statistically significant levels of life satisfaction (1, 2 > 3) and happiness (1, 2 > 3). Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that mean differences in life satisfaction and happiness among the self-esteem trajectories of women with physical disabilities were significant.
